Purpose: to process and deliver your order, provide follow-up and meet our accounting obligations. Legal basis: performance of the sales contract and legal obligation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Recipients and processors<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Hosting<\/strong>: OVH SAS (France).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Merch printing and shipping<\/strong>: Printful \u2014 receives shipping information to produce and ship the order.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Payment<\/strong>: the payment provider (to be set up later) will process the transaction; the association does not store your bank details.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Transfers outside the European Union<\/h2>\n<p>Some providers (in particular the print-on-demand service Printful) may be located outside the European Union. These transfers are governed by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR (European Commission standard contractual clauses).<\/p>\n<h2>Retention period<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Contact messages: up to 36 months, then deleted.<\/li>\n<li>Order data: the legal accounting retention period (10 years).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Cookies<\/h2>\n<p>The site only uses functional cookies necessary for the shopping cart and shop session (exempt from consent). No analytics or advertising cookies are currently used.
