This policy sets out how returns, cancellations and refunds work for orders placed on the kruzberg.com shop. It complements our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Cancelling an order (right of withdrawal)

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to change your mind, without giving any reason. Our items are printed on demand, so if you contact us quickly after ordering we may also be able to cancel before production starts — it is always worth asking.

To cancel or withdraw, email contact.kruzberg@gmail.com with your order number.

Returning an item

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are at your expense, except where the item is defective or not what you ordered. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can give you the correct return address — do not return items directly to the manufacturer.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not the one you ordered, email contact.kruzberg@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with a photograph of the item and your order number. We will send a replacement free of charge or refund you in full, at your choice. You pay nothing in this case.

Sizing

Our garments are printed on demand, so we cannot offer free size exchanges. Please check the size guide on the product page before ordering. If you do order the wrong size, the 14-day right of withdrawal above still applies.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Depending on your bank, it can then take a few additional business days for the money to appear on your statement.

Legal warranties

Independently of this policy, you always benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
