1. Purpose and seller
These terms and conditions of sale govern sales made on the kruzberg.com shop. The seller is the association The Blend Corp, a non-profit association governed by the French law of 1 July 1901, registered office 22 place des Roches, 42330 Saint-Galmier, France, RNA no. W421004055 (« the Seller »). Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Products
The products offered are textile items (t-shirts, sweatshirts…) printed on demand by our partner provider Printful. The visuals are as faithful as possible; slight variations in colour or cut may occur.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. VAT not applicable — non-profit association not subject to VAT (Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code). Any shipping costs are shown separately and confirmed before the order is validated.
4. Order and payment
The order is confirmed once payment has been received. Payments are processed securely by SumUp Payments Limited, an authorised payment institution. Card details are entered directly on SumUp’s secure form and are never stored by the Seller. A confirmation email is sent to the buyer once the order is registered.
5. Delivery
Products are manufactured and then shipped by the print-on-demand provider Printful. Indicative lead time: 2 to 7 business days for production, then 3 to 8 business days for shipping. These lead times are indicative and run from confirmation of payment. The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or to customs formalities.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the buyer has 14 days from receipt of the goods to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason. To exercise it, contact contact.kruzberg@gmail.com. Products must be returned complete, new and unworn, in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. Refund is issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned item, using the same payment method.
7. Returns, refunds and defective products
In the event of a defective, damaged or non-conforming product, the buyer is refunded in full or a replacement is shipped free of charge, after reporting the issue to contact.kruzberg@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt, together with a photograph of the item. The legal warranty of conformity (Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code) apply in all cases, independently of any commercial warranty.
8. Complaints and consumer mediation
For any complaint, please contact us first at contact.kruzberg@gmail.com. We undertake to respond within a reasonable time and to seek an amicable solution.
In accordance with Articles L.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, a consumer is entitled to free recourse to a consumer mediator with a view to the amicable resolution of a dispute with the Seller, where a prior written complaint has not been resolved. The European Commission also provides an online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
9. Personal data
The personal data collected when placing an order (name, address, email) is used solely to process and deliver the order, and is shared with Printful for fulfilment and with SumUp for payment. Details of processing and of your rights are set out in our Privacy Policy.
10. Applicable law
These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
